(*) ART/LAYOUT INSTRUCTIONS: Please be as detailed as possible, tell us where the colors go, and carefully type any ad copy, phone numbers and addresses to help avoid errors. Don't try to align or layout ad copy here, just type it normally and tell us if you want it centered or left-aligned (or whatever).

(*) COLORS: How many colors should we use in the art? List SPOT colors by name (red, black, gold, etc.) or Pantone/PMS name (485 U, 200 C, Reflex Blue, etc.). For full-color imprints, enter "Full-color" or "CMYK." For etched, branded, engraved or other non-colored imprints, enter "no color". List the item/background color, too, if known.
