SIMPLE RE-DRAWS:
Vector art re-draws and cleanup of scans, JPEGs, faxes, Word files, existing artwork files, etc., for use in printing and promotional product imprinting processes (pens and all other promotional products, letterhead and documents, embroidery, metal stamping, engraving - anything). All artwork prepared as industry-standard vector art EPS and Adobe Illustrator AI files, or however your printer/vendor needs it. For jobs submitted before noon Eastern time on a business day, our rates and turnaround times are:
$15.00, guaranteed next business day by noon for regular U.S. and Canadian distributors/vendors/reps ONLY.
$30.00, next business day by noon, for all end-users and non-North American distributors.
SAME DAY RUSH: Regular charge as above, plus $45.00 RUSH fee, same day turnaround if and only if all job info/material are submitted before noon Eastern time on a business day. No discounts on RUSH service. RUSH availability subject to workload and artwork complexity. Please contact us ASAP with your RUSH requests to verify RUSH availability. There is no same day RUSH service on logos, original artwork designs, page layout or anything other than simple artwork re-draws. COMPLEX RE-DRAWS:
Vector art re-draws of high-detail, complex art. We'll let you know if your artwork falls in this category and provide a quote. Over 80% of all re-draws are billed at the Simple Re-draw rates, above.
$60.00/hour billed in 1/4 hour increments for North American distributors/vendors and their reps. Volume discounts may apply for regular customers. All jobs are pre-quoted. You will never be charged more than the original quote.
$80.00/hour for all end-users and non-North American distributors/reps.
ORIGINAL ARTWORK DEVELOPMENT:
When you have nothing but a rough sketch or vague idea of what you want.
$60.00/hour billed in 1/4 hour increments for North American distributors/vendors and their reps. Further volume discounts may apply. All jobs pre-quoted. You will never be charged more than the original quote.
$80.00/hour for all end-users and non-North American distributors/reps.
FONT MATCHING:
We have over 30,000 commercial and commonly available "freeware" fonts on file. However, exact font matching is not always possible. If you are unable to submit working font files for specific typestyles, ArtboyGrafix will attempt to match as closely as possible from our wide selection of stock fonts. If a font is known by name but not available to us, we can purchase it for an additional fee, if you desire. Many typestyles in artwork may not be fonts at all, but are actually hand-drawn characters. We can reproduce these as any other form of art to be re-drawn, as long as the sample provided shows all characters to be used in sufficient detail. When exact font matching is not specified in your layout instructions, ArtboyGrafix will substitute the closest available font from our stock. Re-creating hand-drawn characters as artwork will increase the time needed to re-draw the art, and the quoted price for the re-draw will increase. We will always pre-quote the total cost prior to performing chargeable services.
FONT MATCHING IN LOGOS:
Characters inside the body of a logo are considered art, not type. These elements will be re-drawn exactly, without substitution. However, supplemental ad copy is not part of the logo (address, phone, numbers, tag lines, etc.) and may be set in sububstitute typestyles without warning if an exact match is not available and not specifically requested.

LOGO LITE: $99.00 for one all-original, copyrightable logo based on your existing idea/design. If you already have something you like, but need it re-worked and properly constructed for professional use, ArtboyGrafix will fix you up fast at a price that won't break your budget. Art is prepared as clean, scalable industry-standard vector art with versions in strict black and white, greyscale, multiple SPOT colors (for Pantone or vendor stock spot color matching) and full-color/CMYK, in EPS and Illustrator AI formats, as well as "office friendly" JPEGs and PDFs, to accommodate all future in-house and professional production needs. We guarantee your logo artwork files will be accepted for commercial quality printing and product imprinting without chargeable modifications or re-drawing, or we'll fix it for free.
LOGO PRO: $289.00 for all the services of the LOGO LITE package, plus at least 3 distinctly different options developed for you to choose from. Two CDs with all your files provided at no additional cost.
LOGO DELUXE: $449.00 for all the services of the LOGO PRO package, plus at least one more original design to proof (possibly several more). This comprehensive package also includes business card, letterhead and fax cover sheet templates, one website banner image and one email signature graphic. If you have other document template needs (receipts, invoices, etc), let us know and we will work something out.
At ArtboyGrafix.com, we care about your business, your image, your logo. We know that you are a unique business screaming to be heard above the rabble. Unlike most online "logo mills", ArtboyGrafix does not generate your artwork from existing "cookie-cutter" templates or by slightly modifying public domain clipart. Our logo artwork is 100% original and copyrightable, tailored specifically to you and your business. We will not re-use or modify artwork used for other customers - and we know you'll appreciate the difference.
PAGE LAYOUT/DOCUMENT DESIGN:
Custom calendars, annual reports, brochures, catalogs, email ads, product packaging, direct marketing, POS/POP displays, etc.

Charges vary depending on the nature of your request and deadline, but simple forms, flyers and brochures typically run $15 to $24 per page, depending on the amount of artwork involved, and how many different layout proofs you want to see. Text-heavy, multiple page documents would typically be less per page.
WEBSITE GRAPHICS:
Contact us to discuss your specific needs, and to get a quote. JPEG and GIF graphics, banner ads, buttons and rollovers, FLASH animations and other graphics for your website are available. Charges vary depending on the nature of your request and deadline. ArtboyGrafix.com does NOT design websites, but we will work with you and your site designer to make your site look great. We can also recommend good web designers and hosting companies, if you're looking.
